Select any 1 of the following to replace any meal of the day or add as a snack. 

Using your favorite blender, (mine is the NutriBullet)

make all smoothies fresh or the night before for my busy-bees

and serve and store in a mason jar for easy clean-up and storage. 

 

Tea with Dates

Date Me 1/2 frozen banana 3 dried dates 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla) 2 packets of stevia or 1 tbsp honey Optional: Dash of turmeric + cinnamon for extra fat burn + antioxidants Blend & Enjoy

B2B 1 banana (frozen or fresh) 2 tbsp honey 1/3 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh) 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened - vanilla) 1/3 cup water cinnamon *to taste 1/4 cup ice ​ Blend well.

The Burner *Fan Favorite

The Burner *Fan Favorite 2 handfuls arugula 1-2 stalks of celery 1/2 green apple juice of 1 whole lemon or to taste 2-4 slices of fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp of ginger powder to taste 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp black pepper handful of cilantro 4-6 ounces water 1 tbsp honey ​ ICE ​ optional - 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ​ Blend ingredients well. Add cayenne pepper and ice at the end for an extra kick. **Not recommended for those with GI issues

The Burner II

The Burner II 1 handful power greens 1 handful baby spinach 4 green grapes 1/2 green apple (baby size - trader joe's in a bag) 1 whole Persian cucumber juice of 1 whole lemon or to taste 4 slices of fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp of ginger powder to taste 4-6 ounces water 1 tbsp honey ​ ICE ​ 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ​ Blend ingredients well. Add cayenne pepper and ice at the end (do not blend). ​

Pinacolada

I Got a Pineapple-Ban 1 whole banana (frozen) 1/2 cup pineapple juice only 1/3 cup water 1 tbsp honey optional - 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened - vanilla) 4-6 ice cubes Blend well.

Mis-Fats

Mis-Fats 1/2 avocado 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh) 2 tbsp honey 1/2 cup cashew milk (unsweetened - vanilla) 1/3 cup water 1 1/2 cup kale 1/2 cup ice ​ Blend well.

ONERAE Berry Greens

ONERAE Berry Greens 2 cups of spinach or baby kale 2 cups water or coconut water 1/2 banana, peeled 1/2 cup frozen/fresh strawberries 1/2 cup frozen/fresh blueberries 2 stevia packets or 1 tbsp honey (add more to sweeten, if necessary) 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Raw Organic Protein, Vanilla Vega Protein (can be found at Costco, Whole Foods, Sprouts or any other whole food market) ​ Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend well.

P + P

P + P 1 cup of baby kale, power greens or spinach 1 cup of water or coconut water 1⁄2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple 1/2 banana, peeled *I usually cut and freeze my bananas in a large freezer bag right away 1/2 cup frozen or fresh peaches ​ optional - 1 tbsp honey Place leafy greens and water into blender and blend until mixture is a green juice-like consistency. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend well.

Coco-Java Faux-Rappe

Coco-Java Faux-Rappe #oneraerecipe original circa 2013 ​ 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey isolate (updated 2016 version - plant-based vanilla vega protein) 1 cup of coffee (plain/hazelnut/vanilla) *for instant coffee - 1 cup of hot water + 2 tsp of coffee granules 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (hershey's/trader joes are my go-to) cinnamon *to taste optional - 1-2 packets of stevia in the raw 5-8 ice cubes ​ Blend well. ​

ONERAE Blend

ONERAE Blend 1 1/2 to 2 cups of spinach, baby kale or kale 1/2 cup cashew or almond milk (unsweetened/vanilla) 1/2 banana, peeled 4 dried dates 1 tbsp of honey (darker or local the better) cinnamon *to taste - dash in smoothie + as a topper once blended before drinking optional - tumeric powder 1/2 cup of ice about 6-10 ice cubes ​ Place banana and dates in blender first, then cashew or almond milk, then cinnamon, then honey. Top blender with greens and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
